GUIDE TO ORDER TICKETS ONLINE FOR CONCERTS IN SPAIN
Welcome at www.livenation.es. The official sales website to purchase concert tickets in Spain. In a couple of short steps this guide will explain how you can order your tickets online.
0. Select your language
At the homepage of www.livenation.es you can select the English language. Click on ‘ES: español’ and select the desired language under ‘español’. Click on ‘Ir’ and the website will be in English.
1 - If you want to buy tickets you need to be logged in with your Live Nation account. If you don’t have a My Live Nation account you can create one from the link ‘My Live Nation’ located of the top right of the site. You have to activate you account after registration by clicking on a link that automatically will be send to your e-mail address. It is possible that you receive this activation link in your spam box.
2. Find the right artist and event page.
There are a couple of ways to find the right artist page. You can select an artist in our ‘Concert Tickets’ list on the left, you can select an upcoming/on sale soon event in the list on the homepage or you can use the search bar at the top. With the last, you can enter the artist you want more information from and click ‘search’.
From here you will be linked to the list with matches from you search. The available (inter)National Events/Festivals and Artist Matches will be displayed. Click on ‘Find tickets’ to forward to the right artist page.
*It is also easy to find an event in your area with ‘Find a Concert’. Here you can insert your city or postal code and you can select the type of event you would like to visit.
3- When you are on the event page you want, click on the button ‘Buy tickets’ on right of the page and you will be redirected to the ticket purchase page provided by Servicaixa.
4- From there, you may have to follow the steps numbered on this page:
1- Select de number of tickets you want and Continue.
2- Check the ticket prices and Continue.
3- Fill the form of the purchase and personal data (name, e-mail, credit card…) and Continue.
4- Check de data and confirm it’s marked the checkbox ‘I want to receive the purchase confirmation e-mail’. Click ‘Buy Tickets’.
5- Your purchase it’s completed, and you will receive the confirmation e-mail of Serviticket with the purchase data. You can get the tickets at the box office the same day of the event, or print your tickets in a cash machine of La Caixa in Spain from the moment of the purchase to 72h before the date of the event. If you prefer the tickets will be delivered to you at home, you can click on the link located on the right of the purchase confirmation page. If you click on the delivering link a new window will appear and you have to fill a new form with your data and pay the delivering.
