HOW TO GET TO IBERDROLA MUSIC VENUE?
GETTING THERE Metro Line 3: Villaverde Alto station (RECOMMENDED STOP). Commuter Rail C-4 and C-5 lines: Villaverde Alto station. C-3 line: San Cristóbal Industrial station. EMT Buses Line 22: Legazpi – Villaverde Alto • Fridays and Saturdays: 06:00–23:45. • Sundays: 07:30–23:45. Line 79: Legazpi – Villaverde Alto • Fridays and Saturdays: 06:00–23:30. • Sundays: 07:30–23:30. Line T41: Villaverde Alto – La Resina Industrial Estate • Fridays: 06:30–21:00. • Saturdays and Sundays: no service. These are the first and last departure times from the terminus, not the times at the stops near the venue. Please check for possible EMT changes before travelling. If you are travelling by car, please note that there is no general public parking available at the venue. On-site spaces require prior authorisation and allocation for certain ticket types, VIP accreditations and PRM vehicles. Please respect the parking restrictions posted in the surrounding area. If you need directions or assistance, please speak to staff located outside and at the entrances. Please note that the venue does not have parking spaces. Municipal authorities will implement road closures and restrict private-vehicle access in the area surrounding the venue. Vehicle-access restrictions are determined by the mobility plan established by the City Council and enforced by the relevant municipal authorities. The event organiser has no authority or decision-making capacity in this regard. Only taxis and ride-hailing vehicles (VTC) will be allowed to access the venue for passenger drop-off and pick-up. Private vehicles belonging to people with PRM tickets, a disability card certifying reduced mobility, and/or a PRM parking permit may park on the street adjacent to the venue, specifically Calle San Erasmo, subject to availability and instructions from the authorities. For further information on pedestrian access and exit routes, vehicle and public-transport access, and traffic closures, please consult the “Shakira European Residency Madrid 2026” event mobility plan. However, regarding the “Parking” section of that mobility plan, the information stated above takes precedence. | RETURN JOURNEY Metro For the return journey, Line 3 will run at the following approximate average intervals: • 23:00–00:00: every 7.5 minutes. • 00:00–01:00: every 3.5 minutes. • 01:00–01:30: every 3.8 minutes. These estimates include the regular service and additional trains. Line 12 will also have additional services. Metro operating hours will not be extended. Please check your last train and allow enough time to reach the station. Commuter Rail C-4 and C-5 lines: Villaverde Alto station. C-3 line: San Cristóbal Industrial station. Electric Shuttle Buses Free electric shuttle buses will be available for the return journey (limited capacity). They will depart from the designated stop on Gran Vía de Villaverde, near the junction with Calle San Jenaro, stopping at Legazpi for drop-offs only and ending at Atocha. The service will run from 23:00 to 02:00, with the following planned frequencies: • From 23:00 to 00:00: every 10 minutes. • From 00:00 to 01:00: every 7.5 minutes. • From 01:00 to 02:00: every 15 minutes. The last departure is at 02:00. Follow the signs to the shuttle stop. Return to Spain
Eight years after her last concert in Spain, Shakira returns with Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran, the tour that in 2025 broke the Guinness record as the highest-grossing tour of all time. The GRAMMY-winning artist has chosen Madrid as her European residency, with eleven unique concerts in Europe.
A special Stadium in Madrid
The residency, produced by Live Nation Spain, will take place at Shakira Stadium, a temporary venue integrated within Iberdrola Music with a capacity of more than 50,000 fans per night.
It will offer full visibility, state-of-the-art acoustics, and premium experiences, introducing the international artist residency format to Spain for the first time.
More than concerts: The 'Es Latina' Project
Coinciding with Hispanic Heritage Month, the residency will celebrate shared cultural roots and highlight Madrid as a global stage for diverse voices. During those days, the city will host concerts, exhibitions, talks, workshops, film, gastronomy, and literature under the name Es Latina.
A historic moment in her career
On March 1, Shakira gathered more than 400,000 people at the Zócalo in Mexico City. The concert also featured Beéle, an artist with whom the singer recently released the single “Algo Tú".
A record-breaking tour
Since its launch in February 2025, the Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour has become the highest-grossing tour in history by a Latin artist.

No. Your ticket can only be scanned once. If you leave the venue after it has been scanned, you won’t be able to re-enter.
No. To enjoy all of Macondo Park’s activities, including concerts on the second stage, you must have a ticket for the Shakira show. It is not possible to purchase a ticket exclusively for access to Macondo Park.
The venue offers different options for storing personal belongings, subject to availability upon arrival:
Outdoor cloakrooms: located at the general entrance and at the Hospitality VIP/PRM entrance. Price: €2 per item, from door opening until the venue closes. These are 5 x 2 m kiosk-style units, also suitable for bulkier items such as helmets or suitcases.
Indoor lockers: unlimited use throughout the event, from door opening until the venue closes. They can be reserved in advance through this link. They include USB and USB-C ports for charging mobile phones (cable not included). They are located around the El Taller and La Sala by Occident pavilions, Club Loba and Biblioteca, as well as at the general entrance and the Hospitality VIP/PRM entrance. Sizes and prices:

Children under 16 must attend with an adult; otherwise, they will not be allowed into the venue. Both the minor and the adult must have tickets for the same area and entrance gate.
No authorization form is required for minors. Everyone must have a ticket, regardless of age.

Yes. Shakira’s residency will include the Respect Nation program, an initiative focused on respect, inclusion, and the wellbeing of all attendees. It will operate from 5:00 PM until the venue closes.
During the event:
An anti-harassment protocol will be active throughout the concert to help ensure a safe environment free from harassment or discrimination.
An accessibility plan will include volunteers from Fundación ONCE, who will provide support and information about available accessibility measures.
The Respect Nation point is located at Access 2, on the right-hand side. It will be staffed by trained professionals who can provide information, awareness, and support to anyone who needs it.
In addition, all concert staff will receive specific training to identify, prevent, and respond to potential harassment, as well as to improve accessibility support—helping create a safe, accessible, and respectful space for everyone attending.
Important: Any behavior that is offensive, intimidating, discriminatory, or aggressive toward other attendees, artists, event organizers, staff, or collaborators will not be tolerated.
